Its self-operated U.S. warehouse spans 200,000 square feet, comprising a 150,000-square-foot dropshipping facility and a 50,000-square-foot FBA transit warehouse. Equipped with a professionally managed logistics warehouse, assembly line operations, a Warehouse Management System (WMS), comprehensive safety monitoring, and full support facilities, APJ USA Group plays a crucial role in cross-border logistics and fulfillment services in the United States.

Job Title: Market Research Analyst (Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week)

Job Duties:

Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to assess current industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape. Analyze market data and provide insights into potential growth opportunities, cost savings, and process improvements.

Data Collection and Interpretation: Collect data using various methods such as surveys, focus groups, industry reports, and customer feedback. Utilize statistical software and tools to analyze and interpret complex data sets, delivering clear and actionable insights.

Competitor Analysis: Monitor and evaluate competitor activities, including pricing, marketing strategies, and service offerings. Prepare detailed competitor reports and recommend strategies to enhance the company's competitive positioning.

Customer Insights: Analyze customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform product development and marketing strategies. Develop customer segmentation models to identify target markets and optimize service offerings.

Reporting and Presentation: Create comprehensive reports, presentations, and visualizations to effectively communicate research findings to management and stakeholders. Present key insights and recommendations in meetings, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams—such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance—to ensure research findings support overall business objectives. Provide ongoing support for ad hoc research and analysis needs.

Forecasting and Trend Analysis: Develop market forecasts and predictive models to anticipate future industry trends and customer demands. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to market research and overall business performance.

Job Requirement:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field, along with at least 24 months of experience as a Market Research Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Analyst, or a related occupation.

OR

● Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with no experience required.

Work Schedule: Full Time - 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:40pm)

Wage Offered: $66,456Year
